1st Yr in Practice = KMA dues: $265.00 AMA dues: $210.00
2nd Yr in Practice = KMA dues: $397.50 AMA dues: $315.00
KMA
dues for new members are also prorated quarterly based on date of
application (3/4th dues after March 15; 1/2 dues after June 1).
AMA dues are prorated one-half after June 1.
